With the increasing number of management courses every year and a demand from the industry for highly knowledgeable managers, tremendous pressure is building up on faculties to combine traditional teaching methodologies with the latest technological advancements.

Bangalore School of Business, Delhi campus organized 1-day Faculty Development Program on "Innovation - Key to Success" as a part of the succession of FDPs to be scheduled through out the year. The program was attended and benefited by faculty members from in and around Delhi.

The day started with a welcome speech followed by theme introduction by Mr. Anurag Mathur, Dean - Academics.

The topics covered at the faculty development program were:

• Business research - Tools and Techniques
• Business Intelligence - Computer-based quantitative techniques for management research
• Managing Quality in work and Life
• Communication - The Magical Word, can do all the wonders !

The eminent speakers for the program were drawn from various prestigious organizations like, Dr. Lallan Prasad, Ex Dean Department of Business Economics and Management Studies- Delhi University, Prof.A.K.Sengupta,(Former Dean- IIFT), Dr KV Narashimham, formerly at Manchester University and consultant in Quality Management , Prof.H.C.Mathur,(Formerly at IT BHU) Associate Head, ABES Engineering College.

The program ended with certificate distribution to all the participants present and a heartfelt gratitude speech by Anjana Chugh, Dean Administration.

The program concluded successfully with participants expressing desire to attend such programs again at BSB.
