National Workshop on Case Studies
BSB Delhi sent deans and faculties to an impressive national workshop on Case Studies. Dr.Tanu Arora (Director Delhi Campus), Ms.Kanwal Thakkar (Dean Academics), Ms.Anjana Chugh (Dean Administration), faculties-Mr.Aditya Thakur, Mr.Anup Mehrotra and Mr.Prajjwal Mazumder, attended the workshop.

We had some eminent speakers and their insight on teaching methods, especially with case studies were quite involving and have enhanced knowledge.

Light was thrown on Decision Making. If problems are addressed wrongly it has severe repercussions. The diagnostics has to be looked at every perspective and all relevant data should be sought. The analysis should help in providing a solution. Treatment of symptoms is not a long-term solution. All alternative solutions should be looked at. The solution should be reached at keeping in view all different perspectives.

The speakers put the stress on that the managers should be always in knowledge of the current new techniques, innovations and ideas that are happening all over the world.

The experiences must be generalized otherwise it cannot be repeated.

BSB Delhi does follow the path of knowledge enhancement for faculties, as it will directly increase the student’s understandings.
