A seminar was organized by BSB Delhi in association with Manpower Services Ltd. (A Fortune 500 Company).

The objective of the Seminar was to understand the opportunities available for management students and to discuss and synthesize them for refinement and implementation. The session started with upcoming opportunities into the industry & hiring trends of various companies for the year 2010-2011. Further sessions showcased the Interview rounds & selection procedure of companies and the skills required to beat them; it all includes the preparation for Aptitude test, Group discussion & Personal Interview (HR round, Technical Round etc.)

All the sessions were very interactive and a total of 109 students attended the seminar with a great enthusiasm. Overall the Knowledge gained equipped all to understand the challenges and opportunities for Management Graduates.

Mr. Subodh Saluja pointed out that students should possess the hunger for knowledge and must be encouraged to take up live projects as it will provide them with a lot of practical exposure and will also help them in better understanding of the theoretical concepts.
Mr Himeesh Madaan emphasized that good communication skills are mandatory for students and they should be made aware of the business communication etiquettes to be followed in the corporate world.
Mr. Sourabh Bali, Ms. Ritu Kadian & Ms. Jasmeet Kaur addressed the students with their insightful presentation on the current requirement of various corporate.
