The students of BSB got an opportunity to come on National Television when they participated in 'Money Mantra - weekday forum on NDTV Profit'. Money Mantra is an investment show relaunched jointly by NDTV Profit and Reliance Money. The show is widely recognized due to the popularity of the moderator Mr. Pankaj Pachauri. Mr. Pachauri has worked in print and broadcast journalism across three continents for last 20 years.
The topic was "India: Next Phase of Growth" which focused on the role of IT in eradication of poverty. The guest speaker on the day was Mr. Ajai Choudhary, Co-founder - HCL and Chairman & CEO - HCL Infosystems. He shared his perspective on how IT can be used to reach masses and linking them to the mainstream of education, infrastructural development & economy. He emphasized on Government's role in connecting the remote areas by using broadband. This event was very informative for the students and their queries were well answered by the guest.
